Local union to demonstrate during ANESTHESIOLOGY 2021

A labor dispute demonstration is set to take place on Saturday, October 9 at 11 am, beginning at the Marriott Marquis.

San Diego’s International Alliance Theatrical Stage Employees Local 122, which represents many of the workers who support audio-visual technology at the area’s hotels and convention center, are organizing a labor dispute demonstration on Saturday, October 9, at 11 am. The demonstration will start at the Marriott Marquis and may continue toward other hotels in the area. The labor action will not impact ANESTHESIOLOGY 2021 at all, but may be an inconvenience for attendees walking to the convention center at that time.
