The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The American Society of Anesthesiologists designates this live activity for a maximum of 31.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
The American Osteopathic Association (AOA) has approved this program for 31.25 AOA Category 2-A CME credits.
European Union of Medical Specialists
The European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) and the American Medical Association (AMA) signed an agreement of mutual recognition of CME credits between Europe and the USA whereby:
- European physicians attending an event in the USA had their credits recognized in Europe.

American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)
The American Society of Anesthesiologists is a Qualified Education provider with the American College of Healthcare Executives. By attending ANESTHESIOLOGY2022® offered by the American Society of Anesthesiologists, participants may earn up to 19 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.
To self-report, participants must log into their MyACHE account and select ‘My Education Credits’ to log hours earned.
